Ep15: The Right Way to Do Business

This episode is all about answering the question - is there a right way to do  business? This is an important question to ask especially if you feel stuck and not making the progress you desire in your business. We get into business knowing the “what” but do we think about the “how.” 

After doing a lot of research around this topic, I find that there is a gold standard with regards to operating your business in a way that maximizes your resources, addresses your key issues and achieving your goals. This is the strategic planning framework which is widely used amongst successful companies and government entities.
